VISIONARY ➡️ “Let’s focus on the greater goal”
DEMOCRATIC ➡️ “Let’s work it out together”
COACHING ➡️ “Let me help you develop”
AFFILIATIVE ➡️ “People first, results second”
PACESETTING ➡️ “Focus on results and do it my way”
COMMANDING ➡️ “Do it because I say so”
