The BNY Mellon Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania‘s Ready to Compete project in partnership with the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management is helping to build a stronger future for our regional nonprofit community.
Ready to Compete addresses two key areas of nonprofit management – finance and human resource management. Nonprofit participants have formed cohorts to share lessons learned and forge lasting relationships. The outcome will be more capable, stable organizations that are better-equipped to deliver high-quality services.
Two cohorts are currently underway with 25 total nonprofits participating. Thanks to our fellow business partners, the teams are staffed with subject matter expertise consultants.
